Deliveries and Returns  

Delivery Mode  

Purchases made on www.morenalisboa.com, are delivered through a carrier between 1 to 3 working days in national territory and 3 to 10 working days abroad after confirming the order. Each shipment is accompanied by the Invoice.  

In order to avoid any delays, in order to enable the verification of data if necessary, the customer must inform when making the purchase:  - A contact number so that we can contact you at any time of the day;
- A delivery address, where usually someone is available to receive the order. Product deliveries will only take place on business days.  

The delivery time will depend on the geographical area of ​​delivery.  

The period will run from the time the order is shipped. Delivery times are indicative and, therefore, are considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (for example: incorrect addresses or force majeure setbacks). The amount to be paid for transportation will be added to the price of the products purchased and will be automatically calculated by the system.  

If the order is not received within the indicated deadlines, it will be checked with the carrier, which may take a few days. The Customer must contact Fleximelody - Unipessoal, Lda through one of the available means and during this period no refund can be made, as the loss of the order will have to be verified and confirmed.  

What to do upon delivery:  

The customer has the right, upon receipt of his order, to open the package to verify that the item is in accordance with what was ordered and that it is free from defects.  

If the item is not the one ordered or has visible defects, we advise the customer to return it by sending it to Fleximelody - Unipessoal, Lda - Rua de Ponta Delgada, nº 48 A/B, 1000-243 Lisbon. An email must also be sent within 24 hours indicating the problem to geral@morenalisboa.com.

Take note:  

1. Check if the packaging is in perfect condition.
2. Open the package asking the carrier to wait for verification (this is a customer's right).
3. Check that the item complies with the order placed and that it has no visible defects. If everything is in compliance, accept delivery.
4. If there is any non-conformity, that is, an error in the requested item, or a visible defect, you must refuse delivery, indicating the problem on the guide.

Exchanges and returns  

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must return, within 14 days from receipt of the order, all the material received. This material must be new and complete as at the time of receipt of the order and the items must be returned in original condition. It should also be noted that the return costs must be borne by the customer, under the article of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February. The article must be returned to Fleximelody - Unipessoal, Lda - Rua de Ponta Delgada, nº 48 A/B, 1000-243 Lisbon.  

This right of return can only be accepted for items in their original condition, complete and in good condition. Products returned incomplete, damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted.  

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the website www.morenalisboa.com will do its utmost to refund the customer quickly, safeguarding, however, that this period will depend on the evaluations that will be carried out on the article, with a maximum duration of 15 days ( counted from the date of arrival). The customer will be refunded, whenever possible, by the same means of payment, in the latter case by bank transfer, for which the NIB will be requested.  In case of exchange for another item, the Customer may exchange it within 15 days, from receipt of the item, maintaining the obligation to present the item for exchange in its original conditions.

In case of default exchange, the Customer may exchange within 15 days from receipt of the item, maintaining the obligation to present the item for exchange in its original conditions, in this case Fleximelody - Unipessoal, Lda supports the shipping costs with shipping the item.  Fleximelody - Unipessoal, Lda does not accept returns in situations where the modalities and times provided for by the competent legislation for communicating the exercise of withdrawal have not been respected; or if the item is not packaged in the original packaging or is not accompanied by all its original content and/or has defects resulting from misuse by the consumer.
